Online School Honors Graduating Seniors with In-Person Commencement
SIMI VALLEY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#classof2019—iQ
Academy California-Los Angeles (iQLA) will celebrate the 45 members
of its Class of 2019 with an in-person commencement ceremony in Anaheim
on Thursday, June 20.
An accredited, full-time online public charter school authorized by the
Rowland Unified School District, iQLA is available tuition-free to
students in grades K-12 who reside in Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, San
Bernardino and Ventura counties. iQLA students access a robust online
curriculum in the core subjects and a host of electives, and attend live
virtual classes taught by California-credentialed teachers.

iQLA’s Head of School. “Our students set out on a unique educational
journey with us, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside each of
them and their families as they accomplished their goals in the online
learning environment.”
iQLA graduates earn their high school diplomas in a personalized, online
learning environment. Following graduation, members of the Class of 2019
will enroll in two- and four-year colleges and universities, enter
military service, or join the full-time workforce.
Collectively, members of the class report having been accepted to
several higher education institutions, including: California Lutheran
University, California State University – Long Beach, Fresno Pacific
University, Fullerton College, Grand Canyon University, Pierce College,
Santa Monica College, and community colleges across the region.
