Gateway Mortgage Group and loan officers receive Freddie Mac’s Home
Possible RISE Award

JENKS, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Gateway Mortgage Group, a division Gateway First Bank, one of the
ten largest banks by assets in the State of Oklahoma and one of the
largest mortgage bank operations in the United States, was recently
recognized as a recipient of Freddie Mac’s Home Possible RISE
(Recognizing Individuals for Sustained Excellence) Award for HFA
(Housing Finance Agencies) Advantage for 2019. The annual program
salutes Freddie Mac’s top clients across multiple categories for
excellence.

Along with the company receiving recognition, Chris Doke, Norman, Okla.;
Tom Rosser, Edmond, Okla.; and Cole Williams, North Myrtle Beach, S.C.
were selected as individual recipients for the RISE Award. HFA Advantage
adopts the responsible and affordable requirements of Freddie Mac Home
Possible offerings but with added flexibility to borrowers. In addition
to its down payment requirement of as little as 3 percent, Home Possible
offers more options to responsibly increase homeownership.
