ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#Claims–NARS is pleased to announce the transition of Judy Floyd to Vice
President of Quality Assurance. This role returns Judy to a department
where the foundation of NARS’ best practices and auditing procedures
were developed under her initial direction 10 years ago. Quality
Assurance is an impartial body that continuously evaluates claims
management through formal auditing. As trends and areas for improvement
are identified, the department’s Training Unit creates programs that
focus on enhancing performance. Over her 18-year career at NARS, Judy
has served in a variety of leadership roles and brings a tremendous
amount of technical experience to the position.
Judy will be replaced by Donna Biondich as Director of General
Liability. Donna is a highly skilled insurance professional with over 37
years of adjusting, management and executive experience. She has
directed large claims operations with a proven track record of promoting
customer-centric claims handling, industry leading best practices and
legal compliance at various insurance carriers including Northland
Insurance Companies, Colony Specialty (Argo Group) and Caliber One.

Donna graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Office
Administration from Shippensburg State College. She has Associate in
Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
designations and completed Executive Education courses at Harvard
Business School. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Donna will be
based in NARS’ Alpharetta, GA office.
