is pleased to announce the sale of LSC Environmental Products, LLC
(“LSC”) (www.lscenv.com)
to an entity formed by Ancor Capital Partners, LLC. This transaction
represents the successful realization of L2’s 2011 investment in LSC, a
soil stabilization products platform. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.
Under L2’s ownership, LSC underwent significant corporate management
changes, executed a transformational acquisition, and developed and
introduced multiple new products to market. This investment allowed the
Company to significantly grow its core business, increase product line
breadth, expand end markets served, and position the business to achieve
double-digit annual growth rates.
