CIRI Elects Three New Directors

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#CIRI19–The Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), Canada’s national
association representing investor relations professionals, announced the
election of three new Directors: Adam Borgatti, CFA, CPIR, Senior Vice
President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Aecon Group Inc.;
Mariem Elsayed, MBA, CFA, CAIA, Director, Investor Relations & Public
Affairs, Fiera Capital Corporation; and Ryder McRitchie, Vice President,
Capital Markets & Public Relations, Jupiter Resources Ltd.

individuals – Adam, Mariem and Ryder – will be joining the CIRI Board.
They bring extensive investor relations and capital markets expertise
that will be an asset to the organization as we work together to advance

Mr. Borgatti is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and
Investor Relations at Aecon Group Inc. where he is responsible for
leading the investor relations program and supporting the
leadership team with developing long-term business plans, evaluating
strategic initiatives and leading the assessment and execution of
acquisition opportunities. He brings a depth of experience and
knowledge of both capital markets and infrastructure development. Prior
to joining Aecon in 2009, Mr. Borgatti held leadership roles in
the financial services industry, including Vice President, RBC Capital
Markets, and Vice President, National Bank Financial. From 2017-18, he
served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Scotiabank. Mr.
Borgatti holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University as
well as the CFA and CPIR designations. Mr. Borgatti is joining the CIRI
Board as Audit Committee Chair.

Ms. Elsayed is the Director of Investor Relations and Public Affairs at
Fiera Capital. Previously, she was Senior Advisor of Investor Relations
with Énergir. Ms. Elsayed has held various positions over the course of
her career including roles in investment banking, treasury operations,
project management and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from HEC Montréal, an MBA from McGill University
and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder. She joined the Board of the CFA
Montreal Society in 2015 and is joining the CIRI Board as CIRI Quebec
Chapter Chair.

Mr. McRitchie is the Vice President of Capital Markets and Public
Relations for Jupiter Resources, a privately held natural gas producer.
He possesses over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Before
joining Jupiter, Mr. McRitchie was with Encana Corporation for 18 years
where he was on the executive team providing strategic leadership of
functions across investor relations, communications, government
relations, community involvement and corporate social responsibility.
Mr. McRitchie graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor
of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering. He also has an MBA from the
Haskayne School of Business. Mr. McRitchie is joining the CIRI Board as
CIRI Alberta Chapter Chair.

Greg Dilworth, Vice President, Investor Relations, Sun Life Financial
Inc.; Brian Ector, Senior Vice President, Capital Markets & Public
Affairs, Baytex Energy Corp.; Arne Gulstene, Regional Head, TMX Group
Limited; Helen Kelly, Director, Investor Relations, MEG Energy Corp.;
and Mathieu Richard, Director, Investor Relations, CGI Group Inc. are
retiring from the Board. All of these individuals have dedicated their
time volunteering for the organization and have made tremendous
contributions.
