Kolaschnik Partner will join Andersen Tax & Legal in Germany
SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AndersenGlobal–Andersen Global continues its expansion in Germany, announcing today
that Kolaschnik Partner Rechtsanwälte, a corporate and commercial law
firm with offices in Hamburg, combines its practice with Andersen Tax &
Legal in Germany. The office is the first Andersen Global location in
Hamburg, and the eighth location in which Andersen Global has a presence
in Germany.
Kolaschnik Partner was founded in Hamburg in 2005. Led by Partners
Alexander Jehn, Dr. Albrecht Nehls and Office Managing Partner Helge
Kolaschnik, the firm includes a staff of legal professionals that
provide services for owner-managed companies and investment companies.
The firm’s services include corporate and restructuring, mergers and
acquisitions, commercial and contracts, corporate governance and
finance, succession and wealth planning, privacy, IT, IP, employment
law, real estate and litigation and mediation.
