Annual Meeting of Stockholders
The 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Bluestem Group Inc. will be
held at the offices of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, 90 South Seventh
Street, 2200 Wells Fargo Center, Minneapolis, MN 55402, commencing at
8:00 AM Central Time, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, (i) to elect 7
members of the board of directors to serve until the next annual meeting
of stockholders, (ii) to ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP
as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the
fiscal year ending January 31, 2020; and (iii) to transact such other
business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments
thereof. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 15,
2019 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting or
any adjournments thereof.
