its acquisition by affiliated funds of Warburg
Pincus, LLC (Warburg Pincus). Funds managed by Stone Point Capital
LLC (Stone Point), the company’s previous majority owner, will maintain
a minority stake in the company as will Kestra Financial’s management
team and a number of the company’s financial advisors.
The transaction underscores Kestra Financial’s unparalleled commitment
