Healthcare Entrepreneur and Digital Health Expert Evan Rakowski Joins Dorsey Health Strategies

MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that
Evan Rakowski has joined the Firm as an Expert Advisor with Dorsey
Health Strategies (DHS), a healthcare consulting firm affiliated with
Dorsey & Whitney.

Mr. Rakowski has 15 years of experience bringing new business ventures
to life, through his own companies and clients of all sizes. He was
co-founder, COO and CFO of TripleCare, which became the largest
high-acuity telehealth provider to skilled nursing facilities in the
country prior to its acquisition in 2018. He was also one of the
founders of Clinically Home, a telemedicine-based healthcare company
that transformed patient residences into highly acute care settings,
thereby reducing the need for many hospitalizations. He serves as an
advisor to multiple organizations and business incubators and was Senior
Account Executive at Cubitt Jacobs & Prosek and Coltrin & Associates,
where he managed strategy and brand development, for his clients’
portfolios. Mr. Rakowski is a frequent public speaker and lends his
expertise to a wide array of health and technology companies where he
helps address questions in business, infrastructure, and organizational
development. He is particularly focused on using novel digital health
strategies to improve quality and access to care for patients across the
U.S. health system.

“Evan brings such breadth and depth of experience in the health
industry,” noted Shira Hauschen, Managing Principal of Dorsey Health
Strategies. “He is particularly well versed in digital health, one of
our specialties, and he is able to speak to both strategic and
operational questions, which is so rare. We have collaborated before,
and we have experienced firsthand his visionary and collaborative
approach.”

“We serve clients across the industry, and Evan has particularly deep
experience with respect to skilled nursing facilities, long-term care,
and post-acute care generally,” noted Ross D’Emanuele, Partner and
Co-chair of Dorsey’s Healthcare Industry Group.

Betsy Sanders Parker, Partner and Co-chair of Dorsey’s Lending
Transactions Practice Group, added, “I have had the pleasure of working
with Evan and know that our clients will benefit from his ability to
think through the details of a business proposal, which can make all the
difference to whether that business succeeds. We are excited to add him
to our team.”
