CBL Properties Announces Addition of New Value Retail Anchor at Dakota Square in Minot, North Dakota

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) today announced the addition of an 18,000
square-foot Ross Dress for Less to Dakota Square in Minot, North Dakota,
as part of the redevelopment of the former Herberger’s store.

Construction on this project is currently underway with a planned
