AM Best Proud to Co-Host 2020 Emerging Leaders Conference; Nominations to Attend Premier Insurance Leadership Training Event Open

OLDWICK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AM Best is pleased to announce that it again will be a co-host of
the annual Emerging Leaders Conference, which recognizes high-performing
individuals and provides professional training to develop the next
generation of insurance industry leaders. The event, which will take
place Feb. 23-25, 2020, in Austin, TX, is hosted jointly with the
American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) and the
Insurance Careers Movement.

The Insurance Careers Movement is an industrywide initiative designed to
raise awareness of the diverse career options that risk management and
insurance offer. AM Best is actively participating in the movement to
address the industry’s critical talent gap issue. The Insurance Careers
Movement has grown to more than 850 different insurance carriers,
companies, media organizations and third-party vendors from around the
globe.

The APCIA announced on May 1, 2019, that nominations were open to attend
the Emerging Leaders Conference. The event is part of the industry’s
efforts to support the development of new and talented insurance
industry professionals, and it provides accelerated professional
development by C-suite executives, health and wellness strategies for
