ACI Worldwide to Spotlight Real-Time and Retail Payments at Money20/20 Europe

participation at Money20/20 Europe 2019, June 3-5 in Amsterdam. ACI will
highlight the latest in real-time, retail and merchant payments. In
addition, ACI thought leaders will participate in multiple sessions
during the conference.

Lu Zurawski, practice lead, Retail Banking and Consumer Payments, will
participate in a session titled, “Towards
new commercial models in payments part 1: Retail
” on Monday, June 3
at 12:00pm.

The session will highlight how the adoption of advanced technologies in
increasingly competitive markets is forcing the revision of traditional
commercial models in banking. Additional panelists include executives
from Oliver Wyman, Klarna and Ingenico.

Craig Ramsey, head of Real-Time Payments, will participate in a session
titled, “Now
that Instant Payments are here, where are they headed
?” on Monday,
June 3 at 4:10pm.

The session will highlight how the emergence of Instant Payments across
the globe is creating a whole new level of added value for account
holders. The panel will discuss the likely roadmap, focusing on
practical use cases: P2P, POS-payments, B2B payments; the impact of
factors like ease of use (pay to phone, pay to email, NFC, QR), choice
(card or Instant Payment), regulatory push (PSD2), and availability and
reach of infrastructures. Additional panelists include executives from
TransferMate Global Payments, EBA Clearing and Moorwand.

Additionally, ACI’s Jackie Barwell, director, product management, has
been selected to participate in Money20/20’s Rise
Up
program. Rise Up is a global initiative designed to address the
gender imbalance in leadership positions within the financial services
and fintech industry.

ACI will also participate in the European
Women’s Payments Network
(EWPN) Conference, which runs alongside
Money20/20 Europe. The June 5 event, which is open to all Money20/20
Europe delegates, brings together women from across Europe and features
interactive panels, workshops and plenary sessions with female industry
leaders.

Silvia Mensdorff-Pouilly, general manager, ACI on Premise, and executive
board member, EWPN, will moderate a ‘man only’ panel discussing how they
can help to drive more diversity in the industry and provide
recommendations to become better male allies.
