ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Brown Jordan International (“Brown Jordan” or “BJI”), a leading
manufacturer of indoor and outdoor furniture serving a diverse range of
commercial and consumer end markets, announced today that it has
acquired Castelle Furniture (“Castelle” or the “Company”). Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
Founded nearly 40 years ago, Castelle is a leading manufacturer and
marketer of high-quality, artisan-influenced aluminum outdoor furniture.
The combination brings under one roof several of the most iconic brands
in the outdoor furniture industry including Brown Jordan, Castelle,
Texacraft, Tropitone and Winston. The combined company will be
headquartered in St. Augustine, FL, with manufacturing and design
operations in four U.S. states, Juarez, Mexico and Costa Rica.
