HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Conway MacKenzie, a global management consulting and financial advisory
firm with a 30-year history, today announced the appointment of Anthony
Bohnert, further increasing the energy team’s expertise and expanding
its Transactions Services presence in Houston.
Over the last decade, Conway MacKenzie’s Energy Advisory Services team
has successfully completed more than 100 energy restructuring mandates
and continues to make sizeable investments in expanding lines of
service. Celebrating its 10-year anniversary in Houston, Conway
MacKenzie is expanding its senior leadership team to further enhance
transaction advisory, performance improvement and valuation services.
With more than 20 years of energy and non-energy transaction advisory
experience, Bohnert will lead the firm’s energy-focused M&A due
diligence offering and carve-out assistance for domestic and
international transactions. In addition to traditional buy-side and
sell-side diligence, Bohnert will oversee FCPA-focused buy-side
diligence.

four decades of experience in various sectors of finance across multiple
industries, including six years as Chief Financial Officer of Silver
Eagle Distributors. Most recently, he was a partner for 15 years at
KPMG, where he led the U.S. Deal Advisory Energy practice. At KPMG,
Bohnert provided M&A advisory services to both private equity and
corporate clients on more than 300 U.S. and cross-border transactions.
