LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Private equity firm West Lane Capital Partners LLC (“West Lane”) has
acquired a majority stake in Fantasy Files Group LLC (“Fantasy Files” or
the ‘Company”), a California-based developer, manufacturer and
distributor of specialty cosmetic products under the Blossom, Blue Cross
and Savina brands. Ron Tinero and Mark Friedman, the founders of Fantasy
Files, will remain as executives and shareholders of the business. No
material changes in the operations of the business are planned. Terms of
