MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RXN) mourns the death of Rexnord Board
Member, John M. Stropki, who passed away over the weekend.
We are deeply saddened by the death of John M. Stropki, former Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc.
and a member of the Rexnord Board of Directors since 2014. A highly
successful and collaborative leader, John was an integral member of the
Board, recently serving as a member of the Compensation Committee.
Having served at Lincoln Electric for more than 40 years, he brought
vast leadership, knowledge and oversight to the Rexnord Board. John will
be missed and we appreciate his valuable contributions to Rexnord
through the years. Our deepest condolences to the Stropki family.
