Delaware Trust Adds Eric Mazie to Board of Directors

New appointment reinforces corporate trust reputation

WILMINGTON, Del.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Delaware Trust, a comprehensive provider of independent corporate trust
and agency services and wholly owned subsidiary of CSC, announces the
appointment of Eric Mazie to its board of directors. Eric brings over 30
years of corporate trust experience to the board.

Mazie, the director at Wilmington-based law firm Richards, Layton &
Finger, has served as chair of the Statutory Trust Committee of the
Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) since its inception in 1988, and
has been a member of the Commercial Law Section of the DSBA and the
Business Law Section of the American Bar Association since 1984. In
addition to serving on the board, Eric is a member of the company’s
trust and audit committees.

Bill Popeo, president of CSC’s Global Financial Markets Group, of which
Delaware Trust is a part, says Mazie brings independent corporate trust
expertise and judgement to its board. “He will be especially valuable in
providing guidance and leadership with our vision,” says Popeo,
referring specifically to Delaware Trust’s plans for growth and the
regulatory environment in which they operate.

“Adding Eric to our already impressive board of directors is a real
feather in our cap,” says Popeo. “Along with his skills as an
independent director, Eric’s experience in the corporate trust realm is
the kind of asset any financial services firm would be thrilled to have
at its disposal.”

Mazie says he’s proud to be part of an organization with Delaware
Trust’s reputation for providing world-class service and extensive
expertise. “Anyone working in the Delaware market or corporate trust
business knows Delaware Trust as a proven entity with a record that has
earned that respect. It’s an honor to join their team and I’m looking
forward to contributing to the company’s success.”

Delaware Trust is part of CSC’s Global Financial Markets Group, which
