VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Astron Connect Inc. (the “Company” or “Astron”) (TSX-V:AST) today
announced that it has retained Kaiser Lachance Communications to provide
public relations counsel and communications support and advice. Founded
in 2011, Kaiser Lachance, with offices in Toronto and Montreal, provides
strategic and integrated communications services with an emphasis on
corporate, marketing and financial communications.
Kaiser Lachance is a partnership owned by four partners. To the
Company’s knowledge, Kaiser Lachance does not hold any interest,
directly or indirectly, in Astron or its securities, or any right to
acquire such an interest. The Company is unaware as to whether Kaiser
Lachance intends to acquire any interest in securities of the Company.
Under the terms of the agreement, Astron will pay Kaiser Lachance a
monthly retainer of $5,000 which the Company intends to pay from general
working capital. No stock options have been awarded, and no further
compensation will be awarded based on performance. The agreement does
not have a specific term and may be terminated by either party upon 30
days’ notice to the other.
