Bradley, a managing director in Navigant’s global Energy segment,
has been named a 2019 Top
25 Consultant by Consulting magazine.
The annual award identifies the most influential consultants in the
profession, highlighting 25 leaders who have made the biggest impact on
their clients, firms, and the profession.
A leader in the energy industry, Bradley is known for innovative
approaches that help clients position themselves for growth as the
industry rapidly transforms. Working across the utility, investor, and
manufacturing sectors, a creative and collaborative style has been key
to his success during his nearly 20 years with Navigant.

Bradley’s most notable recent work centers on his role as managing
director in charge of REV
Connect, where he is helping the State of New York advance its
Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) goals through a first-of-its-kind
program that facilitates partnerships between innovative companies and
utilities. Through the program, innovative partnerships evolve the
utility business model; create new products, services, and value for
customers; and drive culture change within the utilities. Bradley
pioneered REV Connect’s concept of Innovation
Sprints, which fast-tracks strong partnership ideas to meet pressing
needs of the state’s utilities. Through his efforts, REV Connect has
received hundreds of proposal submissions, gained contacts in diverse
industries, reached over 1,000 event attendees, and guided several
partnerships into the development phase.
