AUCKLAND, New Zealand–(BUSINESS WIRE)–11Ants
Analytics is marching into Brazil with yet another language mastered
for its 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud solution.
After all, when in Brazil do as Brazilians do – communicate in
Portuguese.
Tom Fuyala, chief executive of 11Ants Analytics, says demand from a
large Latin American department store back in 2017 saw Spanish
successfully deployed. But now interest from the supermarket sector in
Brazil has driven the addition of Portuguese in time for the world’s
largest fair for supermarket technology.
More than 61 countries will have representatives at the APAS
Show in São Paulo May 6 – 9.
11Ants Retail Insight Cloud uses the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to
transform billions of raw retail transactions to actionable insights. It
doesn’t take a data scientist to drive the solution and results are
delivered in seconds.
This has massive benefits for retailers, who traditionally spend big
money on loyalty programs but struggle to obtain timely actionable
insight from the data generated. These traditionally elusive insights
are key to customer-centric retailing and invaluable to retailers.
One of 11Ants’ supermarket customers discussed how it gained
comprehensive insights
from the significant volumes of data generated as shoppers swiped their
loyalty cards at its 200 stores. The time to answer customer-centric
questions dropped from several days to minutes, allowing the retailer to
respond rapidly and influence new customer programs.
11Ants Retail Insight Cloud is being distributed in Brazil by Grupo
Toolbox, a retail first marketing specialist.
Toolbox’s Rafael D’Andrea says using shopper and customer insights are
an effective way for retailers to grow channels and categories.
“What 11Ants has done is created a user-friendly platform that makes it
easy for in-house teams to leverage customer data quickly and
effectively,” he says. “Now with a Portuguese 11Ants, Brazilian
retailers will be on fire.”
11Ants Retail Insight Cloud was awarded Innovative Software Product of
the Year by Microsoft in 2016.
Fuyala says the name 11Ants Analytics comes from one of the first
solutions built. It contained 11 complex machine learning algorithms and
the team could think of no creature as hard working, self-organizing and
capable of making order out of chaos as the ant.
