Immediate move-ins available with additional restored and upgraded units
coming online each week through late August
PANAMA CITY, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Spring
Valley Club Apartments, an apartment community located in north
Panama City offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, proudly
reopens after undergoing restoration efforts following the damage caused
by Hurricane Michael in October, 2018. Select units are online and
available to rent immediately, with additional units scheduled to be
completed and progressively made available on a weekly basis through the
end of August.
“Spring Valley Club is thrilled to be back providing exceptional
apartment living to the greater Panama City community,” said Gen Bauer,
SVP Multifamily for Balfour Beatty Communities, the property’s
management company. “Hurricane Michael presented us with the unique
opportunity to start from scratch and we capitalized on that with a
strategic restoration effort that includes 21st century
design and style features that deliver what today’s residents need and
want from their apartment community.”
The comprehensive restoration effort included a complete renovation of
apartment interiors and exteriors, as well as community amenities. The
newly rebuilt and redesigned apartment interiors feature modern
lighting, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, granite-style
surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms, and wood-style flooring throughout.
On the exteriors, screened-in porches/patios have been refurbished and
landscaping enhancements are currently in process.
Improvements to the community’s amenities are currently underway,
including resurfacing work on the pool and minor remodeling to the
clubhouse, which are scheduled to be completed later this summer. These
projects join recently completed amenity upgrades that are open and
fully available for resident use, including the fitness center, outdoor
kitchen and sundeck, and fire pit.
