MEMPHIS, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSE:JCAP) (the “Company”) announced today that
its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share of
common stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2019. The dividend is
payable on July 15, 2019 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2019. The
quarterly distribution represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.40
per share, which is the annual dividend rate that the Company has
maintained since is IPO in 2015.
The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on the
Series B Preferred Stock in the amount of $0.4375 per share for the
quarter ending June 30, 2019. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2019
to holders of Series B Preferred Stock of record on July 1, 2019. The
quarterly distribution represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.75
per share.
