Alessandra Cavalcante Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Alessandra Cavalcante has
joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account lead. She
is a leader of cross-advisory solutions, specializing in Assessment and
Succession, and is based in Korn Ferry’s Rio de Janeiro office.

Ms. Cavalcante brings to the firm more than 20 years of experience in
human resources management. Throughout her career, Ms. Cavalcante has
developed, implemented and managed complex and large-scale business
transformations.

Ms. Cavalcante joins Korn Ferry from LafargeHolcim, a global building
materials and solutions company, where she was the global talent and
performance management director. Prior to that, she served as vice
president of Learning and Development and as global talent director at
Lafarge SA. She also led an M&A project as the country integration
director at LafargeHolcim.
