NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Constellation Advisers, LLC (“Constellation”), a premier investment
management consultancy, announced that it has hired Frank Napolitani as
the Global Head of Business Development and Marketing. He will be based
at Constellation’s Headquarters in New York. Mr. Napolitani will focus
on expanding Constellation’s presence across the US and internationally.

Mr. Napolitani brings over 20 years of experience in the alternative and
traditional investment management, and financial services industries.
Prior to joining Constellation, Mr. Napolitani was a Director and
National Head of Business Development for the Financial Services
Practice at EisnerAmper LLP (“Eisner”). While at Eisner, Mr. Napolitani
managed a team of business development professionals that covered the
United States and helped to successfully position and accelerate the
firm’s growth in the hedge fund, private equity, real estate and venture
capital sectors. Prior to Eisner, he served as the Managing Director of
Prime Brokerage Sales at Concept Capital Markets, LLC, the predecessor
company to Cowen Prime Services.
