DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Generational
Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately
held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, TBI
Inc., to Eberhart Capital. The acquisition closed April 12, 2019.
TBI
serves the continental U.S. with full truckload refrigerated and dry van
shipment services out of its headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Its state-of-the-art refrigerated trailers enable shippers to have
single, dual or triple temperatures within one trailer. Its fleet of
trucks has trailer satellite tracking that allows remote setting and
monitoring of temperatures, location, and security.
Eberhart
Capital is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It
specializes in growth-driven return strategies in the U.S. and global
markets. TBI will complement one of Eberhart’s previous investments in
Twin Express Inc., another truckload carrier.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director Stephen Crisham’s team,
led by Senior M&A Advisor Dave Lewis with support from VP Lori Galloway,
successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz
established the initial relationship with TBI.
