Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, will host the first-ever ISG Customer and User Experience Summit, April 17-18, at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square. The day-and-half event will explore how businesses are using sophisticated feedback platforms and cutting-edge automation to personalize and transform their customer experiences.

Rudd will open the summit with a keynote address in which she will share holistic approaches that leverage automation, 24/7 omnichannel feedback, Voice of the Customer programs and other enterprise solutions to transform the entire customer experience.
Day one also will feature fireside chats on creating a customer-first culture, led by Ralph Loura, CIO of Lumentum, a leading designer and manufacturer of optical and photonic products, and on customer-driven design, led by Ruth Crowley, vice president of customer experience for Lowe’s, the home improvement retailer.
Blake Morgan, a CX futurist who’s worked with such companies as Accor Hotels, Accenture, Adobe, Parker Hannifin, Ericsson and Verizon, will deliver the keynote presentation, “The Future Belongs to Companies That Create Incredible Customer Experiences,” on April 18. Blake, a New York Times best-selling author and contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review, will present her top five customer experience trends and predictions for how technology will enable brands to provide a more personalized and tailored customer experience.
The summit also will feature roundtable discussions forecasting customer service transformation in retail, insurance and banking; panel discussions on overcoming CX/UX obstacles, implementing blockchain, and leveraging customer data and next-generation customer feedback programs; three “innovation lab” sessions with hands-on technology demonstrations, and an ISG Startup Challenge in the style of “Shark Tank” featuring entrepreneurs pitching innovative CX and UX solutions.
