(OTC: BFCH) is pleased to announce the revocation of the cease trade order (“CTO”) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) on May 10, 2011 following the Company’s application for a revocation of the CTO and the BCSC having completed a review in compliance with National Policy 12-202.
Now that the cease trade order has been fully revoked, opens trading in our securities for all Canadian residents who previously weren’t able to purchase the Company’s stock.
