NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Lauren King has joined its Private Investment Funds practice as a partner in the New York office.
King focuses on the organization and operation of private investment funds. She represents a wide variety of funds with extensive cross-border components, including secondary, buyout, real estate, special-opportunity, hybrid, credit and venture capital funds. King also advises private asset managers on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including governance, upper-tier structuring, succession planning, marketing and limited-partner transfers. Additionally, she represents secondary investors in connection with general partner-led restructurings and other secondary transactions. King has significant private equity and joint venture transactional experience.
