Hires Frank S. Sorrentino IV as part of Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Initiative
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Stephens Inc., an independent financial services firm, today announced the hiring of Frank S. Sorrentino IV, CFA as Managing Director within Investment Banking. Mr. Sorrentino will focus on community and regional banks in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. He will be based in New York.

Mr. Sorrentino joins Stephens from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company, where he was responsible for origination and execution of depository M&A and capital offerings, with a particular focus on Mid-Atlantic and Northeast based depository businesses. During his four year tenure, he advised on transactions in excess of several billion dollars. Mr. Sorrentino began his career in 2008 at FinPro, a boutique investment bank and consultant focused on community banks. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Since 2015, the US Depository Group of Stephens has advised bank clients on more than 117 M&A and capital markets transactions totaling more than $17.4 billion in aggregate deal value.
