New Home Company
(NEW HOME) (NYSE: NWHM) was named the nation’s Best
Multi-Family Housing Community at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards, the
prestigious ceremony held at PCBC in San Francisco. The Gold Nugget
Awards recognize the best in architectural design and planning
excellence, drawing hundreds of entries from throughout the United
States and around the world.

In winning the Gold Nugget Grand Award, NEW HOME has earned a total of
four community of the year honors for Promontory, making it one of the
company’s most celebrated neighborhoods in its 10-year history. Earlier
this year, Promontory was named Multi-Family Community of the Year at
The Nationals, and in 2018, it was named Attached Community of the Year
at both the SoCal Awards and Icon Awards.

Promontory is located within the master-planned community of Civita in
San Diego’s Mission Valley and features 133 three-story and single-story

The Gold Nugget Awards were the culmination of a big week of honors for
NEW HOME at PCBC. On Wednesday, Joan Marcus Webb, the company’s Chief
Marketing Officer, was inducted into the California Homebuilding
Foundation Hall of Fame. For more than three decades, the Foundation’s
annual Hall of Fame gala has recognized over 200 distinguished
individuals for their professional and philanthropic contributions to
homebuilding and related industries.
