LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sidley
Austin LLP announced today that Samuel (Sam) Newman has joined its
global Restructuring group as a partner in the Los Angeles office. Mr.
Newman was previously a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
“While Sam will continue to live in Los Angeles, he will operate as an
integrated member of our world class Restructuring practice in national
