BERWICK, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–First Keystone Corporation (OTC PINK: FKYS), parent company of First
Keystone Community Bank, declared a $0.27 per share quarterly cash
dividend to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2019, payable June 28,
2019.
Total cash dividends per share will be $.54 as of June 30, 2019, the
same amount paid for the period ending June 30, 2018.
