NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Senior
Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH)
today announced the results
of its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held earlier today
as follows.

John L. Harrington was re-elected as an Independent Trustee in Class II.
The final tabulation of the percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for
