PHILADELPHIA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Earlier this year, Cree, Inc. and IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. announced an
agreement for IDEAL to acquire Cree Lighting which will operate as a
standalone business.

Cree Lighting will be showcasing its newest portfolio of innovative
products May 21-23, 2019 at LIGHTFAIR International 2019 in Philadelphia
in booth #2119.

The company’s indoor commercial products being exhibited at LIGHTFAIR

a sunlit sky with remarkable realism. The Cadiant™ experience recreates
the east-to-west arc of the day by bringing the same sensation of
natural sunlight into interior spaces.
Cree Lighting is also introducing its Stylus Series, a brand-new
complete linear portfolio that offers clean lighting solutions for every
ceiling and mounting option, allowing the fixture to blend into the
design rather than becoming a focal point. Also on display is Cree
Lighting’s LSQ Square Linear that provides multiple light distribution
options and 90+ CRI Cree® TrueWhite Technology, producing the
truest natural colors.
The new VuePoint™ High-Bay and the KBL Series are being highlighted for
indoor industrial and retail applications. The VuePoint High-Bay is a
new product concept that provides retail customers with better light to
consistently highlight their merchandise while reducing energy cost
through a lower fixture count. The KBL Series now comes equipped with a
factory-installed emergency battery back-up and full wire guard option
to provide added reliability and ruggedness for industrial and warehouse
customers.
Outdoor Lighting
