Oracle Elevator Announces Two New C-Level Executives to Support the Company’s Continued Rapid Growth

TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oracle Elevator (“Oracle” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that
Rick Morris and Jeremy Metzger have joined the company as Chief
Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively. Paul M.

Jeremy Metzger, CCO, joins Oracle with 20 years of elevator industry
experience and extensive industrial service operational experience. In
his new role he will leverage his previous operations experience to help
Oracle realize its aggressive growth plans. Metzger comments, “The

Prior to joining Oracle Elevator, Jeremy was Vice President of
Operations for Aclara, a company providing Smart Infrastructure
Solutions (SIS) to the electric and Gas industry. Jeremy also spent 15
years with Otis Elevator Company, holding positions of increased
responsibility, including Regional General Manager of the Eastern
Midwest region with P&L responsibility of $200M. He was previously with
Kone Elevator.

Rick Morris, CFO, brings over 30 years of finance, operations and
mergers and acquisition experience in SME and Fortune 500 companies. He
will leverage this financial leadership background combined with his
private equity experience to help Oracle realize its aggressive growth
plan with both organic and acquisition planning and execution. Rick
shared his thoughts regarding Oracle as: “The opportunity to learn about

Rick’s background includes five years of consulting as Interim CFO to
various companies across the US and England preceded by 12 years as CFO
to private equity backed companies in multiple industries. Earlier in
his career he held senior finance roles in large multinational companies
where he lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia. Rick has extensive
experience working with private equity backed companies in the
manufacturing, service and technology sectors. His experience in several
different industries brings significant insight to models that can be
utilized to help fuel Oracle Elevator’s growth plans. The addition of
Rick to Oracle’s senior leadership team affirms the company’s commitment
to developing financial processes to sustain the aggressive expansion of
the company.
