INBRACE Announces National Certification Training Program

First Course to Debut at UC Irvine on May 17th

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–INBRACE®
announced today the launch of the company’s national certification
training program with its first course, “Introduction to Programmed
Non-Sliding Mechanics”
to be held on May 17 at The
Cove
in UC Irvine’s Applied Innovation Center. INBRACE is an
entirely new method of moving teeth, and certified training will help
improve national availability by expanding representation in major
metropolitan service areas across the US. A full certification training
schedule for 2019 will be announced next month.

Introduction to Programmed Non-Sliding Mechanics speaks directly
to the innovations that set INBRACE apart from all other orthodontic
treatments. The INBRACE digital platform enables patented Smartwires®
to be programmed and personalized for each patient’s unique smile. By
eliminating mechanical friction, INBRACE non-sliding mechanics deliver
continuous, low-force tooth movement, which improves oral health and
treatment efficiency.

“The clinical benefits of using gentle forces to move teeth have been
known to orthodontists for years, but no solution has been able to do so
consistently until INBRACE,” said Matthew O’Connell, senior VP of sales
for INBRACE. “We estimate that INBRACE delivers as little as 5 grams of
force to move teeth, giving the body time to adjust and naturally retain
healthy roots. These critical differences make INBRACE an entirely new
treatment category within orthodontics.”

For more than 100 years, orthodontic treatment has been based on sliding
mechanics, where archwires slide into brackets and bends in the archwire
move teeth. While effective, orthodontists know that sliding mechanics
use excessive force, require frequent adjustments and result in root
loss and patient discomfort. By using non-sliding mechanics and
gentle-force tooth movement, INBRACE creates a more biologically
sensible solution that nearly eliminates the factors that cause root
loss.

Limited space is still available for orthodontists interested in
learning more about INBRACE innovations and programmed, non-sliding
mechanics. Simply go to learn.myinbrace.com
and register to participate.

About INBRACE

Hidden behind your teeth, INBRACE is the new name for truly invisible
orthodontic treatment. The patented Smartwire system with Gentleforce™
technology features an innovative design tailored to each patient’s
unique anatomy that delivers a combination of patient and doctor
benefits. Smartwires promote oral hygiene and help maintain overall oral
health by allowing patients to brush and floss normally. Patients report
loving the invisibility and convenience of INBRACE compared to plastic
aligners, which require removal, cleaning and reinsertion after meals,
snacks and drinks. Orthodontists appreciate the health benefits of
low-force tooth movement mechanics, unobstructed oral hygiene and the
absence of patient compliance issues, which often hinder results with
plastic aligner therapy. Learn more at www.myinbrace.com
