Travelex North America Names Tania Ali General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Travelex, a leading cross-border financial services and payments firm,
announced today that Tania Ali has been promoted to General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary for Travelex North America. Ali leads Travelex North
America’s legal team, overseeing the needs of the long-established
Retail and Corporate business units; alongside driving North America’s
fast-growing cross-border payments business.

Ali brings a decade of legal experience in financial regulations,
payments, litigation, product development and employment law. Prior to
becoming General Counsel for Travelex North America, Ali was Deputy
General Counsel for the region. Before joining Travelex, Ali was Senior
Legal Counsel at Adecco USA, Inc., She reports to James Birch, Global
General Counsel Travelex, and she supports James Hewitt, CEO of
Travelex’s North American business unit.
