Carl Ackerman Named Director
PRINCETON, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kepner-Tregoe (KT), the global leader in critical thinking skill development and process improvement proudly announces a new department focused on innovation. “The department consolidates successful innovative initiatives developed throughout our worldwide operations, and places those efforts under the responsibility of the newest member of our Executive Team, Carl Ackerman,” said Bill Baldwin, CEO of KT. He is an outstanding, industry-recognized technology master responsible for delivering capability development and consulting in our Service Excellence area. The new department will provide KT with a focused ability to channel the development of new products and services to help global clients unlock greater value through enhanced critical thinking processes.

A native of South Africa, Mr. Ackerman came to KT from NTT Ltd, a global technology company, where he headed improvement services. He and his family reside in South Carolina and Johannesburg.
