LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Mercer,

announced the appointment of Kelley Bright as the Kentucky Office
Leader, based in Mercer’s Louisville office. Her responsibilities
include building and strengthening local client relationships, driving
revenue growth and expanding market presence in Kentucky. Ms. Bright is
reporting to Paige Clay, Market Leader for the Carolinas, Kentucky,
Tennessee, and Virginia.

Ms. Bright has more than 25 years of experience, both with global
professional consulting firms and within the industry. Prior to Mercer,
Ms. Bright worked at Ernst & Young LLP for 17 years, most recently
serving as the Assistant Director for Business Development. She earned
her Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Western Kentucky
University. Ms. Bright is also a board member of Women Influencing
Louisville, a non-profit organization that focuses on issues that
support women’s career advancement.
