LIVERMORE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), a diversified business-to-business rental company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.42 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2021 to all shareholders of record on January 15, 2021. The year 2020 marks the 29th consecutive year that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
