Sentry Energy Solutions (“Sentry”or the “Company”), a premier provider of safety and environmental services, announced today that it has acquired Himarc Environmental Solutions (“Himarc”). Himarc provides natural gas engine emissions testing & onsite gas leak detection services with state of the art, FLIR Infrared Optical Imagery cameras. The company also offers water testing, environmental site assessments, and environmental consulting to the U.S. oil & gas industry.

Scott Hibbeler and Keith Marcotte, Co-Founders of Himarc, will join the Sentry team and will work in close coordination with Sentry’s management to ensure the continued success of Himarc’s operations. Transaction terms were not disclosed. CKR Law LLP provided legal counsel to Himarc. Locke Lord LLP provided legal counsel to Sentry.
